I am not one to make comments, neither on websites, nor on social networks, nor to leave opinions about stays. Mainly, because I don’t like it and also because what you more or less expect usually happens. But in this case I have to make an exception, because it has not been the case with Carlos.

I am a great fan of the motor world who has become hooked on this world of Simracing, – I imagine like everyone who comes here – but I had hardly any knowledge about it, and I decided to build a simulator (I was very eager and I also wanted something first class) but with a handicap that filled me with doubts more than once, the lack of knowledge.

From the first moment I contacted Carlos, (after having listened to several of his Podcasts), in the initial advice, I already had the feeling that he was not going to leave me indifferent. Well, the entire simulator that I have set up today, he has managed it for me, and I say today, because I am brand new. The OSW, the pedals, the cockpit, (what a war it gave us) the monitors…, and of course all the support. Support in my case was more than necessary because I had no idea how I was going to get all that to work. And as I said before, from the first moment to the last, which was yesterday after almost 2 hours connected, with the sole objective of leaving me on the simulator.
As I said before, I am not one to give comments, and even more so having a perfect excuse, that of the premiere, but I had to make a “pit stop” to leave you my feelings.
When a person adds enthusiasm and effort to his work, he becomes a professional. When on top of that he puts love and cares about putting all his knowledge at the service of others, you become a GREAT. I hope and wish that you will be one in the future in the world of Simracing.

I originally purchased one wheel panel in 2021 due to its simple and robust design (I had watched a disassembly video) which I assumed would allow me to repair it if ever anything were to fail over time.

A year later, I purchased two more panels in order to build three wheels with identical button layouts because I was really pleased with the product which looks and feels right. Carlos went above and beyond by offering me to use old PCBs and carbon fibre panels which were out of production so I could have three identical wheels as I preferred the older dual encoder layout and wanted matching wheels.

On my request, he kindly provided me with some spare parts which I asked for in case anything were to fail, and a couple years later nothing has failed yet, so I should be good to go for a while I believe.

Over time, we discussed improvements to the firmware for the wheel panels which Carlos was quick to implement and release.

A couple years later, I asked him for spare parts to upgrade my three wheels to the new dual clutch system and LEDs, and again Carlos exceeded my expectations and did not only provide the hardware but also detailed wiring instructions as well as a custom firmware that would only work on my specific panels. There were a few issues along the way which we worked on together. He released as many as four different updates within a couple days to get everything sorted out !

In all honesty I have never experienced such quick, great and friendly support elsewhere. I understand why Carlos is still in business despite the increase in competition these past few years, you do not only pay for a quality product but also for truly great long term support. As you can understand, I had many custom requests and he did not disappoint me once.

I am and live in Mexico and in my country simracing is not very common yet, so it is very difficult to get information on the subject.
Thanks to the YouTube videos of Carlos Casas from simracingcoach I got involved in this great world of simracing.
For more than a year I have gone to Carlos to request information, tutorials, etc. and really thanks to that help today I can say that I am a simracer, since it is not easy to change from playing on a console to moving to a PC without having any idea how to turn on the computer hehehe. The help offered ranged from which computer to build, which steering wheel to use, how to install the simulator software, how to install the Oculus on simulators, etc. etc. etc. I got all that information from the simracingcoach page or in direct contact with Carlos via email.

Recently my SRC-GT1 wheel started to change gears on it’s own. Needless to say that you can’t drive like that. Contacted Carlos with the question “what can be done?”. He suggested it could be EMI interference, so I grounded my OSW and my Alu Profile frame. Unfortunately this did not solve my problem. Then he suggested to update the firmware of the electronic board.

Through a remote connection Carlos flashed the board. It solved my problem

I only have one on the backrest and another under the seat and I already find it impressive, the sensations are great and as they say around here I can’t imagine racing without them. How lucky to be able to count on a professional and a dedicated and serious person in the field who understands this hobby, which for many seems meaningless, but for those of us who are passionate about it, it makes all the sense in the world.

I had the pleasure of exchanging emails with Carlos regarding advice on the Valencia kart circuit. His responses were quick and clear. He also gave me lots of useful information without asking. It is truly a comfort to know that such passionate people exist. Again a huge thank you to Carlos.

I purchased the “All-in-one Thrustmaster to OSW Adapter” from the simracingcoach and from the initial contact, I was dealing with David Lopez, David was very kind and courteous and made sure to keep me updated on the progress of my Adapter from start to finish and also informed me when it was being shipped, this of course took the stress out of ordering as I am from the U.S. and had never ordered from Spain, Amazing job, The item was finish ahead of schedule and shipped immediately. Really excellent experience.

But it didn’t end there, I had some issues with configuration and reached out, I really wasn’t sure that I would be able to get the type of support that I needed, I reluctantly typed up an email describing my problem as best I could and went to bed.

I’ve known Carlos Casas for a few years now from the iRacing and Simdrivers forums. The first time I spoke to him he helped me create a manual video for the Nixim mod and he’s always creating posts to help the simracing community. I had to buy a Cockpit and I had a lot of doubts about which one to buy. Reading through Simracing forums I saw that they were talking about TOTAL SPANISH SIMULATOR, I went to their website and I was impressed by the quality of the materials and the customization options of their products. Hello everyone, I’ll tell you briefly about my experience. A few months ago I bought the OSW and I did it blindly, because I basically trusted Carlos’ comments. Well, not only did it exceed my expectations but I also had a small problem and, after talking to Carlos, he himself told me the steps to follow and put me in contact with the people who assemble it. I just have to say that I was really annoyed by all the attention, wonderful. Later I bought the button panel from Carlos, it’s awesome, but the fact is that it gave me some small driver problems with a z1 dashboard application. I tried to solve it with my extensive knowledge hahaha but nothing. I sent an email to Carlos and… boom, after a while I see it connected to my PC, remotely, it took him 2 minutes to solve the problem with this application. I don’t know, but today in this society in which we live, someone should take your problems as their own in a totally disinterested way… thanks Carlos, thanks.

By chance a few months ago, browsing simulation and cockpit websites, I saw a bodyshaker for the first time and without much knowledge I thought that because I play on PS4 (not on PC) I couldn’t install it. I was wrong. Thanks to Simracing coach I discovered that the simulation could be either by telemetry (ideally) or by sound. When I saw this second option I decided to install 4 bodyshaker on my playseat. I downloaded the very detailed PDF installation guide. It even contains the links to the necessary materials. I saw the assembly tutorial video explained clearly and simply, a small doubt I had was resolved in a matter of minutes by Carlos.
The issue… The operation and sensations are wonderful (on a Play!), just by sound. For example, in AC you get to the cut of the car and you start to feel pops in your back, you step out a little and feel the texture of the grass or the piano, you accelerate and you notice a push in your back. I would like to say that I would never play games that were great without this system again without vibration, as the change in sensations is incredible. I recommend and encourage anyone who has a PS4 to install it, because I, without being a Mcgiver, have managed to do it by following the instructions on this website step by step, and any email I send is answered quickly with the solution.
So, a 100% satisfactory experience, totally recommended.

Hello…I’m not going to tell you anything new that the rest haven’t already told you.

My project started to be manufactured at the end of November, I was unmotivated with what is sold on planet earth, an alcantara playseat and G27 that humbly gave me very good times and got me hooked on this wonderful world of racing.

What Carlos Casas projects on his website helps a lot to get you started at a much higher level, you have to read a lot, then build everything in your head, logically do the numbers, it’s not a cheap world, but it’s better than sharing a racing car and not being able to press the exhaust in the middle of a curve, they make the economic result worth it if you love this wonderful world.

In my case I wanted a cockpit that would give me lifetime guarantees, I asked Carlos for quotes, between Genesis and Sim Lab, and finally I ended up with the Sim Lab GT1 chassis. At the beginning of January I requested the cockpit, logically at that time it took quite a while due to the factory being closed for two weeks, it arrived at the beginning of February, because of all the delay Carlos was attentive to me. The cockpit assembly is not complicated, you just have to put together some furniture from our beloved Ikea to be able to start with guarantees and ease, anyway if you have doubts, Coach will solve it for you and send you plans, he is on top of everything. My opinion of both the Sim Lab GT1 cockpit and the external support for three screens is impressive, too robust and without play, there are no cons of any kind.

After experiencing a good purchase and confidence with Carlos Casas, I was encouraged with the Augury Kit, it is what this aluminum profile is missing, a good engine. The OSW contact is Jesus, you reserve the first part of the engine and its box and when they send it to you, you pay for the second part. I’m writing this and I think they’ve changed their website so that you can buy it without waiting as was my case, another point in their favor.

I had a problem with the SRC Rally steering wheel.

I met Carlos through TTS. After several questions to find out what I was going to buy, a support for three screens, I decided. From the first moment I perceived a spectacular service. Little by little my simulator improved and at one point I saw the subject of motion systems on the web. And I kept asking, and Carlos kept answering me, even though it is a very green subject, not for them, but in general. And more time passed.

Then I saw on the web something I had never read anything about: bodyshakers. Total neophyte I turned to Carlos again, who at that time still did not have, I think I remember, the complete guide. Hello, I’m Charles from Switzerland and I’m here to tell you that Carlos Casas from SRC is a Legend! Hear me out, when lighting struck my home my SRC CUP button box shorted out and stopped working. I contacted SRC and Carlos immediately got in contact.

Different solutions were promptly suggested in order to repair the CUP and each of these solutions were chosen with an effort to make them as cost efficient as possible.

After paying what I consider a very fair price I quickly received a package containing all the pieces needed for the repair. Every thing worked flawlessly but that was to be expected, through our mail conversations I had a feeling Carlos was not going to let me down. What I wasn’t expecting was that for the price he sent me an upgraded and more recent version with the seven way toggle switch as well as new coloured caps for the buttons, a USB joiner, a USB extension cable and clear instructions.

The button box is awesome, SRC makes quality and Sir Carlos Casas has got your back!

I had a problem with it because of me, I accidentally updated the firmware of the steering wheel and left it not working.
